PalWorlds Wandering Merchant
In Palworld, Wandering Merchants are a type of non-playable character that can be found in various locations around the map and occasionally visit your base. When they’re at your base, a message will appear saying “A visitor” (when entering) and “A visitor [has left your base]” (when leaving).

There are two types of merchants in Palworld: Pal Merchants and Wandering Merchants. Pal Merchants can be found in villages and Small Settlement areas in the world, whereas Wandering Merchants spawn at random and occasionally arrive at your base in the game.
The options for buying and selling Pals are only available at Pal Merchants, as you can engage in trading Pals with them for a substantial amount of gold. Moreover, a substantial nest egg can be amassed through the sale of unused Pals, which can then be used to purchase additional Pals.
On the other hand, the Wandering Merchants only trade in essential items that will help you survive. There, you will have the option to buy schematics that teach you new crafting recipes, in addition to seeds, pal spheres, and other resources.
LOCATION
While some merchants spawn at random, you can locate a Settlement merchant easily by spotting a Small Settlement on the Palworld map.
