In Palworld, you can use an Alarm Bell to change the alert status of your Pals from attacking to working and vice versa.
This structure requires five Paldium Fragments and 20 Stone to build. When the bell is rung, the Pals will either attack invading enemies or focus entirely on work, depending on the alert status.

Remember
If you want to change the skills of your Pals, you can do so by opening up the Party menu in Palworld and clicking on the Pal you want to switch skills on. A new menu will pop up that lists all of the Pal’s details. Under Active Skills, you’ll see a list of the Pal’s current skills.
